OUR HISTORY
1994: Glencoe Capital and private equity co-investment firm Stockwell Capital founded.
2016: Glencoe began migration from a PE firm to a diversified conglomerate, Glencoe Diversified Holdings, LLC (“GDH”), which was established in 2016.
2024: Today, Glencoe Diversified Holdings owns and operates portfolio companies across four distinct industry sectors

David Evans
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
David Evans is the founder and CEO of Glencoe Diversified Holdings. Mr. Evans earned his MBA with Honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of General Science degree from the University of Michigan. He has served on numerous philanthropic boards, and together with his wife Joan, established the Prosper Road Foundation to address educational access and inequity issues in the United States.
Anne Crowe
Chief Legal Counsel & Chief of Staff
Ms. Crowe is a 30+ year general counsel and strategic business partner who proactively advises Boards and C-Level leaders on a broad spectrum of subject matters for various industry segments. Ms. Crowe joined Glencoe in August 2020 as its first in-house legal resource and general counsel. With a focus on growth, Ms. Crowe leads the legal, talent, risk, and compliance activities across the portfolio companies.
Andrew McCollough
Director, Strategic Operations
Andrew McCollough joined GDH following his experience as Strategy & Operations Manager at DoorDash where he lead firm-wide corporate growth strategy initiatives. Andrew also worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and then Manager in their Strategy & Operations department. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Western Washington University.
Nick Iovino, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with over a decade of experience in auditing, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Nick has served a diverse clientele, from small businesses to large corporations, offering meticulous attention to detail and strategic financial guidance.

Jack joined GDH in 2024, focusing on corporate strategy and FP&A. He has a background in energy finance, with five years at RBC Capital Markets and two years at Admiral Permian Resources, an Ares portfolio company. He has additional experience in commodity and financial markets. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
